Unberry is a web-based SaaS platform that provides AI-powered talent acquisition, assessment, interviewing, and workforce intelligence solutions to organizations.

Candidates may engage with Unberry either:

• Through an employer or recruiter using Unberry, or
• By directly registering or uploading their profile on Unberry.

Purpose of Data Collection

We collect and process personal information to:

• Evaluate skills, experience, and behavioural attributes
• Conduct assessments, interviews, and simulations
• Generate role-fit insights, rankings, and recommendations
• Support hiring, development, and workforce planning
• Improve and train Unberry's technology, models, and services

Types of Data Collected

We may collect:

a) Identity & Profile Data

Name, email, phone number, location, resume/CV, LinkedIn profile, education, employment history, skills, certifications, projects.

b) Assessment & Interaction Data

Text responses, audio recordings, video recordings, images, transcripts, scores, behavioural indicators, and evaluation outputs.

c) Technical & System Data

IP address, device details, browser type, access logs, cookies, and usage analytics.

d) Third-Party Data

Information from ATS, HRMS, assessment partners, or recruitment platforms integrated with Unberry.

AI Processing & Automated Evaluation

You expressly consent to Unberry using your data for:

• Automated processing and analysis
• AI/ML-based evaluation and profiling
• Skill inference, behavioural mapping, and scoring
• Role fitment, ranking, and recommendation engines
• Training and improvement of Unberry's AI models (in aggregated, non-identifiable form where applicable)

This includes processing by Unberry's current and future AI/ML systems.

Automated Decisioning & Profiling

You acknowledge that:

• Your data may be evaluated and ranked by algorithms
• Automated systems may generate shortlists or recommendations
• Such outputs are advisory and do not guarantee employment
• Final hiring decisions rest solely with employers

Data Sharing & Access

Your information may be shared with:

• Employers and organizations using Unberry
• Unberry internal teams
• Cloud hosting, analytics, communications, and security vendors
• Legal or regulatory authorities when required
• Successor entities in case of mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring

All partners are contractually bound to protect your data.

You consent to your data being stored and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and other jurisdictions where Unberry or its partners operate.
