What is the purpose of collecting your Personal Information?

Unberry provides talent acquisition and saas services to the customers, however if the client permits we can use the information to directly connect and promote other opportunities with the candidate. Alternatively, if the candidate signs up with Unberry's website directly, we may use their information to share with other companies for employment opportunities.

Unberry is not a headhunting company, we only provide talent acquisition technology and SaaS services to our Customers.

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Unberry. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the services, to maintain and the improve quality of the services, and to provide general statistics regarding use of Unberry.com. Unberry may collect and retain candidate's name, email id, phone number, linkedin profiles, educational qualifications, college details, employment history, job application details and any other information that is relevant to have a record of their candidature, while taking a job or skill assessment. Unberry can also collect and retain candidate's data in form of clicked selected responses to questions, voice, images, written text and/or video, as a part of their assessment process. This information is collected as a part of a candidate's assessment for job or skill evaluation and may or may not necessarily result in employment.

Unberry is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of Unberry.com.

How will your data be used?
